   The full score and every issue title are free — no card, ever.

   Your overall score, your category breakdown, and the full list of issues we found are free to see, and no part of them is ever behind a payment. Checks are free to run; after a few in a row we ask for an email address so the free tier stays free.

2. 2

   The price will never be a surprise.

   Already true

   The one paid thing costs $9, and that number is on the homepage next to what it includes, before you have uploaded anything — you will never discover a price for the first time at a download button. Anything paid we add later goes there first too.

3. 3

   No trial that quietly becomes a subscription.

   When it ships

   There's no subscription today. If we ever offer one: a reminder email 3 days before every renewal, one-click cancellation, and confirmation within 60 seconds.

4. 4

   Free exports are real exports.

   Already true

   Every results page exports for free, with no account: the full report as Markdown, PDF or Word, and the exact text our parser read as a plain-text file. No watermark, nothing withheld, no downgrade as an upsell tactic — an export contains everything the page shows you. You can now create an account, and this is the promise it isn't allowed to touch — your results link stays the only key an export has ever needed, so signing in neither unlocks anything nor takes anything away.

   Your file is discarded after parsing, and results expire.

   We parse your upload for text, score it, and discard the original file — we never store it. Results auto-delete 30 days after your check, and you can permanently delete them yourself anytime with one click from your results page. Saving a check to an account does not extend that clock by a day: an account is a list of your checks, not a place they are kept.

   We never sell or share your resume data.

   No data brokers, no session-recording of your resume content, no exceptions.

   Same resume in, same score out — the rubric is public.

   Scoring runs at a low, near-deterministic setting and every issue must quote your own text as evidence.

   We'll tell you when your resume is fine.

   A high score gets an honest verdict, not a manufactured reason to worry or an upsell push.

   Coach, not ghostwriter.

   Rewrites preserve your own facts — we don't invent metrics, employers, or skills you didn't have. That's checked in code, not just asked for in a prompt: a rewrite that isn't anchored to your own words, invents a number, or quietly drops a skill or keyword you'd earned never reaches you unflagged. Where a number would genuinely help, we ask you for it instead of making one up.

    Credits never expire, because there are no credits.

    Re-checking your resume is free, and there's no credit system to expire in the first place — nothing to buy, nothing to run out of, nothing to use before it lapses. What the daily fair-use limit counts is how many different resumes you bring — counted per connection, per email address, and per account — not how many times you check them, so editing your own resume and running it again never uses it up. The one thing that can slow a re-check down is an hourly pace limit, and that one asks you to wait a few minutes rather than taking anything away.
